Since 2007, Morgan has done a lot of emceeing for Telco roadshows, NEA, Police Force, Ministry of Environment, Singpost, Western Union, Banks, CC/RC, Foreign Workers dormitory/Recreation Centres, Shopping Centres, Maxi-Cash & many others. Morgan can connect very well with foreign workers & have done emceeing for the official opening ceremony of Westlite Mandai, Leo Dormitory, Tuas Dormitory & Jalan Papan Recreation Centre. Since the year 2010, Morgan has also started doing judging for Foreign Workers Talent shows and also acted in stage dramas for organisations like Singapore Police Force, National Environment Agency & Diabetes Awareness for CC shows.
